Please find the detailed Process Change Notification (PCN) information below:

• Change Type: Manufacturing Site Relocation (Machine, Environment, and Infrastructure upgrade).

• Current Location: 2nd Floor NO.39,Zhenan West Road,Chang An,Dong Guan,China 523878

• New Location: NO.7, ShengHang East Rd, ChangAn, DongGuan, China 523000

• Scope of Change: All products supplied by Premium Machining to your company, including all active part numbers and running projects.

• Effective Date of Relocation: 22nd May, 2026

• Estimated First Shipment from New Site: 26th May, 2026

Quality Assurance & Risk Mitigation Plan: To ensure a seamless transition and zero interruption to your supply chain, we have implemented a strict risk management control plan:

1. Safety Stock: We will build up sufficient buffer stock at our current facility prior to the move to secure your upcoming orders.

2. Equipment Calibration: All production machines, tooling, and inspection equipment will be fully re-calibrated and validated upon installation at the new site.
